4C for Children, the region’s leader in early education and child care, will honor three people at a Sept. 25 Champions for Children Celebration at the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum.

Zeb Sumner, 79, has been driving a special education bus in Hampton for 13 years. He walks up to the doorstep of each child he picks up, helps load them into the bus and learns the intricacies of each of their needs.
