U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan is shining a spotlight on the nation’s “unsung heroes” — teachers and school administrators.

CASHMERE — The Cashmere School District will hold Child Find development screenings for children ages birth to 21 who are not enrolled in school and who may need special education services.
